Both Charlotte and Richard are members of, and have served on the Executive Council, of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.

The PSASA is a full member of the Global Speakers Federation. Charlotte has served as GSF Secretary and Richard has been PSASA Representative to the GSF.

Charlotte Kemp has been a member of Toastmasters for almost a decade, serving in roles from Chapter President to Area Governor and achieved the level of Advanced Communicator Silver before resigning in 2016 to pursue other work.
