Audiences can expect to understand why they struggle to embrace a technology they really want to use, and what their reluctance is about.  They will also learn how much potential benefit there is to social media and how it can benefit their lives and businesses such as in marketing, research, creating influence, campaigning, job seeking, building reputation etc.  Issues of etiquette are also covered so that job seekers and school leavers have a better chance of finding employment.

Charlotte Kemp is a professional Speaker and a member of both Toastmasters and the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.  She owns her own training company, Niche Training and Development, and a strategy company called Social Media Solutions.  She creates social media strategies for businesses ranging from smaller organizations to larger NGOs.
